After asking me what seemed to be intrusive questions about who/what type of company/where in the process i was with interviewing. Then when grilling me about compensation, the questions were asking in terms of total compensation -- the salary range on linked in/their website said $70-160k base salary. I was told this was a junior position and that the max they were paying was $140k in total compensation. I found this extremely misleading. She also had no idea that I had already spoken with the manager. Very disorganized. Waste of my time. Its been a week and I haven't heard anything back. Do not know why you title the position SENIOR when you claim it is a junior position.
