I have initially gone thru HR interview asking basically my interest in LIlium and where I was , how long I would be available to move, salary expectations etc After that the technical interview was performed and I was able to explain my expertise in details to show I was able to meet the Company expectations. Strangely It was asked some basic questions that I considered not necessary by the level of experience I had.

The interview was quite general and asked some questions about the industry. Also, there were some questions about insights and knowledge about international trading and tenders. Behavioral questions were asked during the interview.
