Initial PM Interview: 1. Tell me about 3 products (doesn’t have to be a software product) that you really love to use. 1. Pick 1 of those products and tell me 3 changes/improvements you would make to it. 2. Pick 1 of those improvements and tell me what would be your process to launch this. 3. What are some metrics that you would track for this new feature/improvement? 2. Over the next 5 years or so what do you think some of Atlassian’s bigger challenges going to be? 3. Let’s say Google wanted to create their own food delivery service, as a PM would you think this is a good idea? Why or why not?
