How do you learn?
Willingness to stay for extended period (5-7 years). Seemed unexpected for someone with 11 years of experience and those types of questions are loaded as the respondent feels obligated to agree.
Did not ask my experience. I would have liked more consideration.

The entire focus of the interview was on managing the staff. Perhaps my score on the Accounting test was poor and that was all there was left to talk about...not sure.
