At the time the most focused discussion was on how fast I could create visual imagery. Emphasis on sales team feeling it took too long to get design done for them. I bring this up because, it was unexpected that they cared more about my ability to produce rather then the quality of my designs.
There was no questions per say. It was basically a showcase of skills.
The most difficult thing was they didnt mention anything about the environment or that you will be yelled at.
I wouldn't say there were any difficult questions. The questions were easy for me to answer. The questions were like: "Describe for me the process you follow to develop a course." Or, "Tell me about a time you had an unresponsive SME and how did you deal with that situation." Those kind of things.
I was asked why I should be hired.
