The recruiter screening was mostly details of the job (compensation, remote first, etc). This was nice as it answered questions most people have going in. We didn't get to anything of my experience till call #2 with the recruiter, and it was very cursory.

Can't ask you about comp but it appears the role is in the right range from what described in online application.

Engineers tend to get the wacky game type questions. Business and Marketing people get drilled on case studies often trying to solve huge issues the company is trying to solve. For example, if you are meeting with the Windows Phone group, they might ask you how to grow share for Windows Phone.
What was one time you took a leadership role n something?
They would ask to give a synopsis of your background
Redesign their canned email notification for job alerts. Sketch the redesigned UI. Answer questions about why you designed it this way. Had 55 minutes to complete the exercise.
