Product Manager Interviews
Product Manager Interview Questions
Often considered the "CEO" of their product area, product managers oversee the strategy, production, and implementation of a particular product. Because product management teams include members from different backgrounds such as engineering, design, and data design, product managers must have strong communication skills and excel in cross-functional work environments. Expect to answer questions about your management abilities, prioritization skills, and experience working in product. Though not required, technical backgrounds are advantageous particularly when applying for roles at tech companies.

How do I improve culture
What was the scope of your responsibility as a product manager in your previous jobs? What is a product you currently use every day, why and how would you improve it? How do you know if a product is well designed? What makes you suited for a product manager role at NXLog?
Initial call we went over my past experience with product management as a whole (multiple years, insurance focused). There were no hangs ups during initial call with recruiter. During more intensive interviews the questions were very standard, nothing unique: Why are you interested in joining? Have you looked into what we do? Tell us about your product management experience and explain your process for handling a variety of priorities across multiple stakeholders. All questions yielded non complex responses. No surprises.
How do you deal with ambiguity?
Very typical, about projects completed and how my team and process was organized at other positions. I was asked about a favorite product, and abut whether I have a favorite PM hack.
e. g. Tell me about the product that you successfully led/released. Otherwise typical interviews for an HR, first talk.
