Behavioral type interview you need to answer all questions with your past experience Tell me about yourself? Walk me thru your resume? Tell me about your day your current job? How do you handle conflict between associates? What do you do if someone not following the safety regulations on the job site? Why do you want to work here? How do you handle stress and pressure? What is your motivation other than salary? How do you motivate your team?
I'm not going to get into specifics but the questions revolved around culture fit questions, technical questions, and technical problem solving. There were no brain teasers and every technical problem was related to the work I'd be doing. I signed an NDA and don't want to say much more than that.
