They ask all the usual questions like "tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer"...nothing out of the ordinary.
Really wasn't one. I was told that the position only available if the client sees a "fit"... meaning that they think they like you. It really didn't have anything to do with qualifications... the people I worked with didn't have the background required for the job... but they were hired anyway.

I guess the assessment test was challenging, but it was required. I think it is also for the applicant to have a feel of the position. I enjoyed the assessment test.
