STAR format questions. For example, How did you handle a situation where your boss implemented a new process that you had to learn in a short time. (They chose jobs from your resume to apply the question to)
Tell them of a time when you couldn't satisfy a customer and what you did. The questions they ask are looking for the situation and what you did to remedy it. So, not just stating the problem, but specific details about how you handled it.
The questions were very easy.
