Although good questions were asked, I was well-prepared for the interview and knew my subject very well. I don't recall any questions I had a hard time with.
Some personal questions about my background.
There was no liberty in teaching. Everything was done exactly the same way with no leeway for instructor liberty in teaching. Short time schedule to grade several assignments. Overloaded instructors with work. The compensation really comes out to a negative with all of the time spent. They require weekly live sessions (Adobe Connect) with slides with online students as well. Some people may like working for them because everyone has different tastes and expectations. Personally, I was glad to get out of there and would not look back!
