Here how absolutely ridiculous the questions are. This is a sample from about 100 similar questions: "I believe people do the right thing because they... are moral or ethical _or_ they have a fear of being caught." "I spend more time... thinking that doing _or_ doing than thinking" (I kid you not) "When I want to get my point across, I sometimes struggle with... not being direct enough... _or_ being overly direct" I wish life was as simple as these questions presented but it isn't. Also, when do I get to ask _my_ set of _their_ behavioral questions :)
