It was not an unexpected question, but: What can you bring to this role that makes you a valuable candidate. And, what are your strengths and weaknesses (i.e. what would those that you have worked with say about you?).

After the initial phone interview I was told I would be sent the next set of assessments to do and this was the list (obviously in a simplified format): - Fill out candidacy form - 500 word essay on a food than would entice readers to run out and buy product - Compose assessment for each of the 3 websites in their own PowerPoint presentations touching on... And then they listed 10 questions under the topic content, 10 under technical and 10 under navigation. - Provide an example of a social media strategy you would implement to increase brand awareness. - Compose 3 Instagram posts with pictures. - Creat a mock website of their new brand using all info on current website. - Create an example of a coupon for one of their products. - Produce a 30 to 60 second video on one of the brands.
