They asked a lot of questions about what my goals were. They wanted to know more about who I was and how I would handle this position to the fullest of my abilities. They also wanted to make sure that I was a driven individual who was ready to learn and pick up new skills quickly.

This was a situation where a role play was involved and the interviewee has to act as if it is real and give the best answers they can. The role play is about a father who refuses to let the health department staff talk to his fourteen year old daughter
The committee asked how I handle being in a conflict with a supervisor. I thought I handled it well. I was honest.
They only asked simple and straight forward questions. All the questions will be just to check if you know the basics.
