As above - no checklist of "what is your biggest weakness?" etc. I liked that. I'm glad to see someone getting more modern with it, it essentially was a casual get settled conversation at first, like a first date almost, and then it was sort of lay it on the table. I've read your resume, now tell me what you don't know, and we've both been on LinkedIn, so let's go from there. It was fantastic - If I had another company I would steal that recruiter away right now.
