They wanted to know what I wanted most/what motivated me... and the honest version of where I wanted to be in 5 years. Weird.
Why are you looking elsewhere for employment? Have you had any project management experience previously? How comfortable are you with speaking to client's directly on the phone, e-mail, or other forms of communication? What is your skill level for iOS, Android, and MS Office products? Can you tell me a time when... types of questions, etc. When I had the in-person interview questions some were more technical such as my level of skill in programming and what languages I was comfortable with. On the fly, I was asked to look at a slide deck and provide a quick synopsis of what I saw and how I would convey the information to a client.
