The most unexpected question was "if I would be okay by being yelled at."
One question that seemed out of place was whether I knew workflow. I am an IT professional with many years as a Project Manager and though I understand this is important to them the phrasing of the question seemed out of place for an organization that positioned itself as an international provider of IT services.
