After listing qualifications for the job, I was asked if I met those qualifications. I was also given a list of job responsibilities and asked if I was comfortable with them. After the questionnaire with many more questions where I could write about previous job experiences, what I believed made me a good candidate, what hours I can work, what my career goals are, and what I accomplished in previous jobs, I was asked if my answers were accurate. Position details were shared with me and I was asked if they met my expectations.
