- How would you evaluate your performance? I answer it by looking at each task but what the interviewer wanted was to look at it from a bigger perspective, say, the overall success of the company as a whole.
My recruiter asked me the same two types of questions in many different ways: I talked about my weakness and demonstrated full knowledge of the service/product. With respect to the latter, the recruiter was finicky. I gave her answers that she then acted like were incorrect but proceeded to repeat what I just said. Ex: How do we make a profit? What is our primary deliverable/product?

How would you pitch this story to five different types of journalists?
Questions were hard! This was the most thought provoking interview I'd ever had. I was asked the basics about my experience, I was asked what would I do scenarios, current events, I was asked very specific questions that related to the cruising industry and marketing campaigns.
Discussing my communications style and perspective. Making sure my values were in-line with the companies and departments goals, which is actually a great question to ask.
