Will talk only about 2 technical round. In 1st technical round: They will check your basic concepts. They asked me ques about python and django in python :Decorators, Shallow deep copy,list,array,module,package,namespace etc all general questions.3 basic programming questions were also there. In next round: They will check how strong your base is.I mean memory management in detail, garbage collector, disadvantage of python, is numeric datatype is immutable or mutable ,exception handling . In django they asked about ORM, signals, caching, middleware.
