In the interview the question was asked to find a pair of integers in an array that sum up to a value. They are very strict about their leadership principles. Have at least 1 example for each of them. Make sure you intersperse them in your answers. Specially dig deep, customer focus, quality & pushing back & committing when the quality is not in the product are a few they have to hear. I was also asked questions around testing a method that takes a string type parameter. Follow a structured thinking but process as in a top down approach, but come quickly to crisp test cases. I was also questions around development cycle, planning the work in each sprint & risks & mitigations.
