The first interview was basic Get-To-Know me stuff. The second interview was majorly non technical, comprising of a lot of scenario based questions. This interview went quite well and I got the call for 3rd interview quite quickly. Some questions were: 1- Why do you want to work here 2- Describe a time you missed deadline 3- Describe a time you had a disagreement 4- Describe a time you handled difficult employee 5- Bad manager experience The third interview was a mixed one, technical and non-technical, though more towards the non-technical side again. There were 3 different QAs who evaluated me. Some questions were: 1- What's your weakness 2- What's your strength 3- Describe a time you coached different people I was very hopeful about this interview too but I came to know that one of the 3 people didn't approve of me. The HR was very supportive through out the way and remained in good communication with me. They told me I aced in all the tests but somehow they were looking for another individual for their team.
