Amazon interview process especially the STAR program is stupid interview process in this world.Such big company should NOT ask only these questions.Amazon interview process only ask question for technical positions like - 1)When was the last time you fought with your manager?Explain. 2)When was the last time your project partner was not helpful?Explain. This is 2020 and for technical position,it is shameful on Amazon as a company to only judge a candidate on this such stupid questions mentioned above and not based on technical skills. It is bad for Amazon's reputation too. I heard that many times, this company does the farse of interview process but internally they have already selected OR short listed candidate. But just to show for their record they conduct 2-3 interviews of candidates and select internal candidate.
