Basic python questions, weird troubleshooting and problem solving questions that seemed unnecessary. Lots of middle managers who think they are hot shots ask very vague questions and didn't understand my answers because I didn't use their Bay area vocabulary.

Dwelling excessively and in a confrontational manner on whether or not I wanted to be an employee, when I'd obviously applied for an employee role and specifically spelled out my intentions and aspirations in regards to that in my cover letter.
Are you comfortable with Linux commands? Simple to learn but if it was truly needed it should have been in the job description.

You are writing an automation script to submit a form. The physical location of the submit button keeps changing on the page because of UI changes. How would you code your script to accommodate for the changes of the location of the submit button.
