Recently, I had an interview for a QA Manager position, and the overall experience was very sad.  The first question was: How much is my salary expectation? The second question was: which community do I belong to? Am I from South India? Are those really questions to start with the interview? And later, he asked very superficial interview questions and was rejected, saying Techincaly was not fit. What kind of hiring is this?

How would you integrate Quality management system with a team who is reluctant in accepting change. How would you test new application as per risk point of view. How much knowledge have for Jira or confluence. How what kind of different applications I have tested in the past. How do you keep yourself motivated

Completed a Saville Assessments activity sent via e-mail. This was such a stressful thing as you have 15 seconds to answer a math questions (there's 8 questions in each section). 15 seconds for an english question (8 again) where there's a block of text to read and you need to answer questions about it - so speed reading is required. 10 seconds for a data question (8 again) line of data and you need to verify if there's any errors in it compared to an original table.
