What would you bring in to our company? Since last year customer returns are at 40%, can you bring this percentile down and what is that percentage? What do you do in your leisure time? Describe your work with last employer? How did last employer did his quality assurance? Will you stop the production line if you find a quality assurance issue? Since I am a seasoned veteran in the industry there were nor many questions, but rather a lot of salesmanship from a couple of people showing me around. When I met with the manager the real reason why I was asked to come in after hours became clear. The company is currently having a fire sale and cleaning house of people. From the top down.
