The phone screens with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager were more on the informal side, which I appreciated. They asked questions specific to my background, as well as why I was interested in the position and why I would be a good fit. The virtual interview panel with the 5 individuals was a more formal interview process. I was asked certain behavioral questions, such as how I organize my work, how I manage being overwhelmed, how I work in collaborative environments (internal and external employees), and how I handle delicate situations. I also was asked specific questions about my background (manufacturing quality) and had me elaborate on specific projects I worked on (validations and continuous improvement efforts, sampling plan determination, interacting with customers, etc).
