Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to work here? Describe a challenging situation at work and how you handled it. Where do you see yourself in five years? Why should we hire you? Can you explain a gap in your resume? How do you prioritize tasks under pressure?
General experience questions... nothing like, "If you were an animal, what would you be?"
