Talent acquistion team member screening as pretty straight forward. Seemed very enthusiastic about my resume and background. Hiring manager had very few questions. Call almost seemed obligatory, as he stated up front he didn't need the full time allotted. After giving a run through of the role and bit of company history, asked if I had any questions for him. Asked a few questions about my automation experience as follow up to my inquiries. I was not asked to continue the process thru to an on-site interview. Was pretty much ghosted from there and never heard back from them. Worst case scenario in terms of how to treat candidates.
