Salary offer - they made the offer and then waited for my response. It was lower than I’d expected and when I indicated that I was looking for something a bit higher, instead of countering they just withdrew the offer. I later found out that part of their interview process is that they only make one offer and if you don’t act excited and positive about it they ghost you.
