The first step is an online immersive assessment : situational judgment and numerical questions (approximatively 1h15 ) : not too difficult. And then there is a job simulation that is quite complicated. You have to answer to two HR questions, and then there are two case studies where you have to analyze data and provide recommendations.
Codility assessment had three main questions. Time was not an issue, but questions were difficult for someone from a non comp-sci background.

On-Demand Assessment (November): The next stage involved a comprehensive On-Demand assessment that included statistical and numerical questions, as well as a coding test. This phase took me over 2 hours to complete.
