Standard process with coffee chat with recruiter, then a few in-depth conversations with leadership, followed by an assignment after which would come a final leadership interview. I dropped out after being promoted at my current company, but the experience was positive overall. Not super quick but that worked well for me. The team was engaging and the communication throughout was strong.
