After 3 months of application process and an unpaid assignment which required 25+ hours of work, I was ghosted over salary negotiation issue. Their knowledge about waste management is minimal. They are unsure about remote and onsite work option. Very early stage start-up where the founders are unsure about the nature of work themselves.
