Real Estate Interview Questions
"When interviewing to work in real estate, expect to be evaluated on your salesmanship and knowledge of the real estate market. Employers are looking to hire candidates with top-notch marketing and interpersonal skills that can successfully close deals. Real estate agents must have excellent customer service abilities, so come ready to describe a time when you went above and beyond a customer's expectations to make a sale. All agents must obtain a real estate salesperson's license, and after a few years in the field, agents can choose to become brokers and manager their own brokerages."

Why real estate
They just talked non stop about their commission split structure, which they even even seemed confused about, which is indicative of a disorganized company with management problems at the highest level: by that I mean the splits change a lot at the whim of a seperate section of managerial partners that are disassociated from the sales organization. If you’re getting confused about you’re splits it’s either too complex, or changes frequently. The only take away is that the word system was mentioned more times than I can remember. They also heavily prioritize their leads for the system over developing your own book of business as an independent agent- so you’re signing onto a sales floor at a corporation, not a small brokerage.
