5 and 10 year goals (personal, professional, financial) how would my friends/family describe me, what am I passionate about, involvement in community/outside organizations
Personality based questions for the most part "what motivates you" "what are your long term goals" etc. Some skill set questions, but little to no situational/STAR based questions. Again, your past experience is almost secondary to your mindset and personality for this job. If you don't fit in/buy in here you will fail.
