- A lot of questions related to character, commitment and cultural fit that was really refreshing. - Questions around building a new business/category, maintaining an entrepreneurial approach, achieving top performance in a highly changing environment. - A great question was really pushing hard on a reason why beyond the numbers and success; something more profound around the applicability of the software in society.

The questions were not difficult. They were related to the position and mainly focused on management and coaching style. How do you stay organized? How do you manage multiple employees who are at different locations?
Interview process is fairly typical. Began with a review of basic qualifications, followed by examples of relevant experience. Interviewers (manager and HR representative) then presented a number of scenarios (6-7 total). Interview was relatively stress-free and interviewers were quite personable.
