Here is where it got very dark. The new CRO was nothing like the previous 4 interviews that lead up to the CRO call. He was obsessive about my prior sales performance which I had with me and able to produce. He asked questions that were degraded my level of integrity based on my 20 plus years experience. He was obsessed about the numbers and the contact names at my accounts. Big red flag and I am glad this was revealed in the interview process. I was glad to move away. Truly disappointing as the rest of the people and the product along with the founder seemed to be the opposite!
Mainly asked worked experience and situational questions.
1. What did you like about the role? How does it fit with your career aspirations? 2. How are your personal and professional interests connected to Abbott's philosophy and purpose? 3. How do you ensure your business and technical knowledge remain current? 4. How would you describe your leadership philosophy and style? 5. If you left your current job, what would your legacy be? What would others miss about you?
