Standard Sales related questions - past experience, biggest deal, biggest loss etc. People were also willing to have a real conversation during the process instead of just following the template, which actually gave me a much better flavor of the organization and what to expect if I join. There were a couple of exercises on pitching, with actual feedback on what could be improved provided right then and there followed by a repeat to gauge how well you can incorporate feedback.

Tell me about a sale you lost and what you learned from that experience?
They asked how to deal with different situations. Getting push back from a parent that doesnt want to buy or how to get through to the buyer once a kid answers the phone
