The interview was a friendly open talk,that underlined my former tasks and presented me with what would be expected of me in the new role.
The most difficult question came from the VP. She asked (can't remember exactly) what process I would use to identify and track a problem or trend on the floor (warehouse) and report it back with solutions.
All the questions asked were standard questions, in fact the interview was more of a conversation than an interview.
