How did you hear about the job
The interviewer (business manager) was down right insulting. I was told at one point that the business manager (who has no degree or knowledge of the medical field) could do my job. It was very insulting. The owner (who is also the lead cardiologist) is very respectful and understanding. He is why I took the job.
One of my questions were related to visual acuity. Elaborate on what is considered a normal visual acuity level, and describe what it means.
What is your comfort level in terminating employees?
They asked me how I would react during crisis and how I would handle multiple projects with the same deadline, how I reached during a difficult situation at work of with my clients.
