(Crtitical thinking question) 11) What do you think will be the most challenging part of prison work? (Provide your honest concerns, E.g. shift work, having to deal with aggressive inmates, etc) 12) What if you're posted to doing something that you don't like and you have to do it for the next few years? (Think about the betterment of the organisation as a whole over your own interest, if youre really passionate, you'll be able to adapt to all challenges) 13) Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years time? (Generic question; up to individual goals) 14) Where do you see the organisation in 5-10 years time? (Think about how the organisation will evolve, with the implementation of new technology/policies, etc.)

This is what I found surprising looking back. There were not so many technical questions. They asked what my strengths were as a therapist. Asked if I had experience with CBT and DBT and if I'd be comfortable giving a course on it. They wanted the interviewee to know what co-operational was and some other mental health terminology.

This is what I found surprising looking back. There were not so many technical questions. They asked what my strengths were as a therapist. Asked if I had experience with CBT and DBT and if I'd be comfortable giving a course on it. They wanted the interviewee to know what co-operational was and some other mental health terminology.
