I sad that good manager should recognize effort of their colleagues, have good organizational skills, respond quickly in unusual situations and to have ability to make important decisions.

A 48-minute online proctored exam with repetitive questions that supposedly tests empathy and decision-making abilities but is so easy that a high-school child could clear. I finished the test in 30 minutes and cleared it.
