Q1) What are the risks and mitigations that will be faced during the designing of the methodology and implementation? (by asking "what" without mentioning which type of risks they want to inquire (e.g. what are the risks in the field inplementations, or the risks in designing the methods and tools, etc.) they're litterally saying "if you don't have knowledge our list of risks and mitigations, you are not accepted" Q2) What are the names of personnel occupations who should invited in the seminar to announce the results? (again, they are asking me "are you from our strata who are fimilar (in memory) with these occupations, not are you good at desinging tools, and methodologies and conducting scientific result based unbias reseaech.
