The interview style used is really challenging to answer the questions. It's difficult not to repeat yourself, especially if you have had pretty good jobs with no real hassles in the past. It isn't that it's hard, but just sort of strange answering questions that way. They tell you in advance about it and where you can look up how the process will work. I know some of the other positions are not so easy to get through the process. It would be nice if they considered people without a BA for some of the full time positions. I know some great people who would be a real asset but can't get a interview because of this.

Explain a time when you had a challenge on your job and how you handled the challenge. Once again used the STAR format to answer the question.
