The interviewers asked me pre-scripted questions that were read from a card. 1. What qualifications and training do you have pertaining to the job? 2. How do you deal with an audit examination in which no material defects were found when you have large case load? 3. How do you deal with a difficult taxpayer not providing access? 4. How do you deal with a single parent househould who underreported income and cannot pay the taxes owed due to misfiled tax report.
How do you balance multiple tasks? How do you handle irate taxpayer? Questions about bribery or conflict of interest.
