Awful experience, I ended the interview after 12 minutes because there was so many red flags. Interviewer was late and kept complaining about how busy she was and her "set up" wasn;t right. No introduction to her or a chance to intorduce myself. It was quite abrasive start, but I think the first question is "Why do you want to work here" When I didn;t know anything about the role itself. After explaining myself a bit she interrupted me and babbled something about in person work 4 days a week and didn't even listen to what I was saying. Didn't seem like someone I wanted to work for, so I politely ended the meeting as I didn't see it was a good fit and she's obviously very busy.
