I was referred by a friend who started there a month before. I started with an informal hour long conversation with the CEO. We discussed the vision and many details about the company (funding, team, strategy). This conversation convinced me to move forward. I met the team (~5 people at the time) a week later. It took the form of a standard onsite: discussing past experience and some white-board technical questions. Overall everyone I met was smart, open and nice.
