rideOS Software Engineer interview questions

I was a referral and worked with two engineers at previous companies. I met the CEO prior to interviewing to hear more and was invited for an on-site. The on-site was like a typical on-site at any FAANG company or larger startup: pretty straightforward algorithms and system design, questions with multiple solutions that you can iterate on, varying levels on depth. I received an offer pretty fast, within a couple days, and was given time to think about the decision. This was in contrast to an exploding offer from another company at the same time. The time given to me to decide on rideOS was genuine, for me to make the best decision for myself, something I found to be very respectable and rare in this industry.

The overall interview process was surprisingly quick and efficient. It started with a quick call with a recruiter and then I got to choose either a technical phone-screen or a take-home coding challenge. I went with the phone screen, but it was awesome to have the choice, especially while working another job. After the phone screen, there was an onsite with 3 technical interviews and 2 behavioral interviews with the CEO and CTO. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and made the process very pleasant. A day after, I was contacted with an offer.
