Instead of just sitting in an office and being asked multiple questions, Sierra did a walk about with me through the facility while giving me vital information as well as questions related to how I felt about my nursing role in that position. I was able to meet staff while in their active roles to get a better perspective on the position and the patient population. Staff also gave input on their roles. It allowed me to even discuss my related experience to the position and what I would need to learn. I wish more managers used this type of interview than an interview of the top 5 questions a manager should utilize based on research from interview consultants. I am very grateful for the interview and opportunity.
