I was asked to reflect on an area of improvement in my practise, a key question that reveals a lot about a person's ability to self evaluate and their ability to take constructive feedback.
They want vivid descriptions of "Exceptional" customer service experiences. I Have been in retail since I was 15 and honestly didn't have any so I just made one up to get through the question.
